builtins.c (fold_builtin_logarithm): if N can't be truncated to MODE exactly...

* builtins.c (fold_builtin_logarithm): if N can't be truncated to
MODE exactly, then only convert logN(N) -> 1.0 if
flag_unsafe_math_optimizations is set.
