iris: provide dummy iris_image_view_aux_usage

Similar to iris_resource_texture_aux_usage this function will
determine proper aux_usage for image, now it will default to
ISL_AUX_USAGE_NONE.

v2: drop gen_device_info parameter, rename function (Nanley)
