p755.C: Tweak handling of exit.

* g++.old-deja/g++.mike/p755.C: Tweak handling of exit.
* g++.old-deja/g++.mike/p755a.C: Likewise.
* g++.old-deja/g++.mike/p9706.C: Don't assume that the standard
library makes no calls to `operator new' during initialization.
