	* gdb.base/constvars.exp: Do not force lang=c++ if using HP
	compilers.  Delete duplicate call to get_compiler_info.
	(local_compiler_xfail_check): setup_xfail if $hp_cc_compiler.
	* gdb.base/volatile.exp: Likewise.
