[gdb/cli] Fix typo in logging overwrite help text

Currently we have:
...
$ gdb -q -batch -ex "help set logging overwrite"
Set whether logging overwrites or appends to the log file.
If set, logging overrides the log file.
...

Fix overrides -> overwrites typo.
