* symfile.c: Move global variable auto_solib_add_at_startup from

        solib.c to symfile.c.
        * solib.c: ditto.
        * symfile.h: Add extern declaration of the above mentioned variable.
        * infcmd.c: Take out extern declaration, since it's in symfile.h.
