Add target_ops argument to to_get_min_fast_tracepoint_insn_len

	(target_get_min_fast_tracepoint_insn_len): Add argument.
	* target.c (update_current_target): Update.
	* remote.c (remote_get_min_fast_tracepoint_insn_len): Add 'self'
	argument.
