* go32stub.h: New file.
* coff-i386.c: If COFF_GO32_EXE, include coff/go32exe.h.
* targets.c (go32stubbedcoff_vec): Declare.
(bfd_target_vector): Add go32stubbedcoff_vec.
* configure.in (go32coff_vec): New target vector.
(go32stubbedcoff_vec): Likewise.
* Makefile.in: Rebuild dependencies.
