(just-check): Add shared library paths for libstdc++, tk,
tcl, bfd, and opcodes to the environment variable specified
in RPATH_ENVVAR.
* configure.in: Add support to recognize --enable-shared flag
and generate correct value for RPATH_ENVVAR.
* configure: Regenerated with autoconf.
