* dep-in.sed: Reorder to match OBJS in Makefile.am.
* configure.in (ALL_OBJ_DEPS): Add symcat.h when need_bfd.
* configure: Regenerate.
* as.h: Use #include "" instead of <> for local header files.
* flonum-konst.c: Likewise.
