package/faketime: fix build with gcc >= 6

Upstream added -Wno-nonnull-compare to disable this error [1].

Fixes:
libfaketime.c:513:7: error : nonnull argument « buf » compared to NULL [-Werror=nonnull-compare]
    if (buf != NULL)
       ^
