+Subject: [PATCH] gnutls: repair the build with `CURL_DISABLE_PROXY`
+
+`http_proxy`/`proxy_ssl`/`tunnel_proxy` will not be available in `conn`
+if `CURL_DISABLE_PROXY` is enabled. Repair the build with that
+configuration.
