	* ecoff.c (add_procedure): Set the BSF_FUNCTION flag.
	(ecoff_build_symbols): If S_SET_SIZE is defined, set the size of
	an undefined symbol and the size of a function symbol.
	* config/obj-elf.c (elf_frob_symbol): If TC_MIPS, set BSF_OBJECT
	for all common symbols.
