gdb/ChangeLog:

* Makefile.in (ALLDEPFILES): Add mips-fbsd-nat.c.
* NEWS: Mention new FreeBSD/mips native configuration.
* configure.host: Add aarch64*-*-freebsd*.
* configure.nat: Likewise.
* aarch64-fbsd-nat.c: New file.
