Remove objfile parameter from read_gdb_index_from_buffer

I noticed this was unused, so remove it.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* dwarf2/read.c (read_gdb_index_from_buffer): Remove objfile
	parameter.c.
	(dwarf2_read_gdb_index): Update.
