+this extension amalgamates bitnanipulation primitives from many sources, including RISC-V bitmanip, Packed SIMD, AVX-512 and OpenPOWER VSX.  Vectorisation and SIMD are removed: these are straight scalar (element) ooerations.  Vectorisation Context is provided by [[openpower/sv]].
