	* coffdump.c: Include "getopt.h" after "bucomm.h"
	so that macros are defined correctly.
	* nlmconv.c: Add PARAMS ((const time_t *)) to localtime
	prototype.  Prototype main.
	* nlmheader.y: Add PARAMS ((int)) to strerror prototype.
