        * i386/xm-cygwin.h (HAVE_BCOPY): Delete unneeded macro.
        (HAVE_BZERO): Likewise.
        (HAVE_BCMP): Likewise.
        (HAVE_RINDEX): Likewise.
        (HAVE_INDEX): Likewise.
        (DIR_SEPARATOR_2): Define.
        (GET_ENV_PATH_LIST): Turn path lists into POSIX.
        (PATH_SEPARATOR): Use ':'.
