Makefile.in (STAGESTUFF): Remove libgcc.

* Makefile.in (STAGESTUFF): Remove libgcc.
(stage1-start, stage2-start, stage3-start): Copy the contents of
the libgcc directory explicitly.
(mostlyclean): Clean libgcc.
