gdb/ChangeLog:

* Makefile.in (ALLDEPFILES): Add arm-fbsd-nat.c.
* NEWS: Mention new FreeBSD/arm native configuration.
* configure.host: Add arm*-*-freebsd*.
* configure.nat: Likewise.
* arm-fbsd-nat.c: New file.
