(hash_signatured_type): Renamed from hash_type_signature,
all callers updated.
(eq_signatured_type): Renamed from eq_type_signature,
all callers updated.
(create_debug_types_hash_table): Rename local type_sig to sig_type.
(process_enumeration_scope): Ditto.
(lookup_signatured_type_at_offset): Ditto.
(load_full_type_unit, read_signatured_type): Ditto.
