* gdbarch.sh (DEPRECATED_USE_GENERIC_DUMMY_FRAMES)
(CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION, DEPRECATED_PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY): Allow partial
multi-arch definition.
* gdbarch.h: Re-generate.
