* include/experimental/any (any::_Storage): Fix alignment of buffer.
(any::_Internal): Check alignment of type.
* testsuite/experimental/any/cons/aligned.cc: New.
* testsuite/experimental/any/misc/any_cast_neg.cc: Adjust dg-error.
