Allow dereference of vectors and matrices with []

This causes the following tests to pass:
     glslparsertest/glsl2/matrix-11.vert
     glslparsertest/glsl2/matrix-12.vert
     glslparsertest/shaders/CorrectParse2.vert
     glslparsertest/shaders/CorrectSwizzle2.frag
