Forgot the following for the ChangeLog:

	* ch-exp.y (chill_create_fundamental_type):  Chill uses fixed
	width types.  For example, "INT" is always 2 bytes regardless
	of the values of any TARGET_*_BIT macros.  So use explicit
	numeric sizes for the types.
