	unsigned char; the bug (PR 1821) is fixed.

	* gdb.base/scope.exp: Remove xfails for PRs 1843 and 1868.

	* gdb.base/scope.exp (test_at_localscopes): Call pass for
	successful tests--makes xfailing them work right.
