Limit ld-elf/compressed1b.d to Linux/GNU targets

Since not all ELF targets use the elf.em emulation to support ld option:
--compress-debug-sections=zlib-gnu, limit compressed1b.d to Linux/GNU
targets.

	* testsuite/ld-elf/compressed1b.d: Only run for Linux/GNU targets.
