v2: - Define tests also in the meson.build file.
v4: - Check no-op mapping of all bits.
    - Convert tests to the new class layout used in the merge evaulation.
    - remove dependency on llvm in meson build (Thanks Dylan Baker for pointing
       out that this might not needed)
