Fix typo in ftrace.exp condition testing

This obvious patch replaces "ond" wiht "cond" as the test prefix for
conditional tests.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gdb.trace/ftrace.exp (proc): Change test prefix from "ond" to "cond".
