This test requires calling a function in the inferior, and therefore it
doesn't make sense to run it if the target doesn't support calling
functions from GDB.
gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gdb.base/watch-cond-infcall.exp: Don't run if target doesn't
support function calls from GDB.
