* Re-apply patch accidentally reverted with
DFA scheduler merge: remove all rules and variables to slurp
source files out of libiberty and rebuild them with HOST_CC.
($(HOST_PREFIX_1)varray.o): New rule.
(genattrtab rule): Word wrap.
