Use driRenderbuffer's offset, pitch fields in the span routines.
Remove the SetBuffer driver function.
Consolidate the code for setting CTX_RB3D_COLOROFFSET and CTX_RB3D_COLORPITCH
state in new radeonUpdateDrawBuffer() function.
