Code cleanup.
* infrun.c (struct inferior_status) <stepping_over_breakpoint>
(save_inferior_status) <stepping_over_breakpoint>
(restore_inferior_status) <stepping_over_breakpoint>: Rename to
trap_expected.
(struct inferior_status) <step_resume_break_address>: Remove.
