Makefile.in (write_entries_to_file, [...]): New macros.

gcc/
	* Makefile.in (write_entries_to_file, write_entries_to_file_split):
	New macros.
	(s-gtyp-input): Use them to write tmp-gi.list.
	(echo_to_gi.list): Remove.
