meta: Bump MAX_META_OPS_DEPTH from 2 to 8

When i965 uses (in the near future) meta-ops to perform buffer resolves,
the meta-op stack exceeds depth 2. I bumped it to 8 because... 8 is bigger
than 2, but not too big.
