configure.in (merged_frags): Delete unused variable.

	* configure.in (merged_frags): Delete unused variable.
	(extra_headers_list): Move setting outside of subdir loop.
	(extra_headers,extra_passes): Don't pass to configure.lang.
	(extra_programs,extra_parts,extra_objs): Likewise.
	(host_extra_gcc_objs,gxx_include_dir,md_cppflags): Likewise.
