PR libstdc++/47145
* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_CONFIGURE_DOCBOOK): Define.
* configure.ac: Use it.
* doc/Makefile.am (XSL_STYLE_DIR): Set at configure time.
* configure: Regenerate.
* doc/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
