With systemd and a custom skeleton, you end up with the following
warning:
warning: (BR2_INIT_SYSTEMD) selects BR2_ROOTFS_MERGED_USR which has
unmet direct dependencies (BR2_ROOTFS_SKELETON_DEFAULT)
