ELF: update ld man page on `--gc-sections`

Commit 91ae256e33 fixes the behavior of ld when `--gc-sections` and
`--gc-keep-exported` are both given on the linker command line.  This
updates the ld documentation to suit.

	* ld.texi (--gc-sections): Update.
