std::hypot(a, b, c) is imprecise and makes this test fail even though
the failure is unrelated to simd.

libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

* testsuite/experimental/simd/tests/hypot3_fma.cc: Add skip:
markup for long double on powerpc64*.
