RISC-V: Fix regular expression in target-specific test

Some square brackets were missing escape characters, causing DejaGnu to
try and call a proc with the name "at".

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.target/riscv/read-thread-pointer.c: Fix escaping on
regular expression.
