ld: Skip some x86 IFUNC tests for Solaris

Since Solaris ld.so.1 doesn't support ifunc and never will, skip some
x86 IFUNC tests for Solaris.

PR 25732
* testsuite/ld-ifunc/ifunc-23a-x86.d: Add notarget for Solaris.
* testsuite/ld-ifunc/ifunc-24a-x86.d: Likewise.
* testsuite/ld-ifunc/ifunc-25a-x86.d: Likewise.
