Add assembly-source tests for s390-ibm-linux.

* gdb.asm/s390.inc: New file.
* gdb.asm/configure.in, gdb.asm/asm-source.exp: Add clauses for
the S/390 architecture.
* gdb.asm/configure: Regenerated.
