PR testsuite/48498
* gcc.dg/vect/slp-3.c: Increase loop bound.  Don't expect to fail
on vect_no_align targets.
* gcc.dg/vect/no-vfa-pr29145.c: Don't expect to fail on
vect_no_align targets.
