xvisor: add BR2_PACKAGE_XVISOR_ARCH_SUPPORTS

To prepare the addition of a Config.in comment for xvisor, and avoid the
repetition of the architecture dependencies, this commits adds a new
BR2_PACKAGE_XVISOR_ARCH_SUPPORTS hidden option.
