gdbarch: Remove duplicate `struct objfile' declaration

Remove a duplicate `struct objfile' declaration mistakenly added with
commit 3e29f34a4eef ("MIPS: Keep the ISA bit in compressed code
addresses").

	* gdbarch.sh (objfile): Remove duplicate declaration.
	* gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
