* config/m68k/tm-monitor.h: Changes to bring this into accordance

	with the old tm-m68k-em.h:
	(GDBINIT_FILENAME, DEFAULT_PROMPT): Remove.
	(HAVE_68881): Don't undefine; this #define is obsolete.
	(REGISTER_NAMES): Don't muck with it; what tm-m68k.h has is fine.
	Add FIXME regarding GET_LONGJMP_TARGET.
