gdb/ChangeLog:

* symtab.c (make_file_symbol_completion_list_1): Renamed from
make_file_symbol_completion_list and made static.
(make_file_symbol_completion_list): New function.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

* gdb.base/completion.exp: Add location completer tests.
