i915: add missing 0 defines

Thanks to Emil's -Wundef, t_dd_dmatmp.h now complains that intel_render.c
is missing a couple `#define`s.

Assigning them to 0 keeps the existing behaviour; I'll let someone else
turn them on if this is the behaviour that was intended.
