st/nine: Improve doc of D3DPMISCCAPS_POSTBLENDSRGBCONVERT

The cap should be advertised for d3d10 able cards,
but only for Ex contexts.

Unfortunately at this point Mesa has no way to know if
Ex is used or not (the info is got later).
